KAZ Diversified LLC Helps Make Your Email Marketing More Effective

Email marketing does not have the best public image at the moment, a reputation built by studies questioning its usefulness. Yet despite the negative feelings about its relevance, email marketing is still the preferred channel for generating high-value leads (State of Marketing Measurement Survey Report 2014). Email marketing is not going anywhere, and here’s why:

1. Worldwide, there were 3.6 billion email accounts in 2013. By 2016, that number will reach 4.3 billion (The Radicati Group, Email Statistics Report, 2012-2016)
2. Ninety-one (91)% of consumers reported checking their email at least once a day (ExactTarget)
3. 66% of consumers have made a purchase online as a result of an email marketing message (Direct Marketing Association)
4. 76% of emails are opened within the first two days after an email is sent (Alchemy Worx)
5. Email is the preferred method of commercial communication by 74% of all online adults and is preferred over direct mail by a margin of nearly five to one (Merkle)
6. 64% of people say they open an email because of the subject line (Chadwick Martin Bailey)
7. 7 in 10 people say they used a coupon or discount from a marketing email in the prior week (2012 Blue Kangaroo Study)
8. 82% of consumers open emails from companies (Litmus)
9. Email marketing has an ROI of 4,300% (Direct Marketing Association)

Digital Marketers tend to get a lot of backlash against the commercial emails they send, but it’s a simple matter of fact that email marketing works. It may feel impersonal, but there are a few tricks to fix that.

Business Owners can capitalize on product promotion email messages by just letting KAZ Diversified LLC demonstrate how to increase sales by first building relationship solidarity within your organizations. Personalizing your emails with the receivers name and content tailored specifically to them adds a nice touch. Marketing automation technologies have made this significantly easier to accomplish and the results are drastic. Personalizing your emails lead to drastic increases in opens, click through rates, and conversions.

Adding click to call numbers gives the reader of your email an opportunity to call your company and engage in a live conversation. With the dramatic increase of email opens via smart phones, it is becoming more important than ever to give the readers of your email an easy way to call you. BIA/Kelsey reports that inbound phone leads are 10 times more likely to convert than leads that only click on a link. You don’t want to miss out on the benefits of adding click to call numbers in your emails. Let's not forget the click links directing readers to your website and landing pages/Your Virtual Sales Rep (click to see an example of Virtual Sales Rep). Go through the entire Virtual Sales Rep message and see how effective a great landing page works.

KAZ Diversified LLC? Petra Parker interview with a KC Armstorng

It was such a pleasure sharing what we do at KAZ Diversified LLC with KC Armstrong - October 29,2014 on the Women's Radio Network (WRNW1).  KC Armstrong is best known for his work as a cast member and producer of the Howard Stern Show, both on the radio and television. But, there were some major points not discussed that I would like to share with you.

Our KAZ eMarketing Team has combined all of the following internet marketing techniques through our specialized comprehensive digital advertising that is key to a successful marketing campaign.

ORM (Object-Related Mapping) programming, data management tasks act on objects that are almost always non-scalar values. For example, consider an address book entry that represents a single person along with zero or more phone numbers and zero or more addresses. This could be modeled in an object-oriented implementation by a "Person's Name" with fields to hold each data item that the entry comprises: the person's name, a list of phone numbers, and a list of addresses. The list of phone numbers would itself contain "PhoneNumber objects" and so on. The address book entry is treated as a single object by the programming language - it can be referenced by a single variable containing a pointer to the Person's name or business name, for instance. Various methods can be associated with the Person or Business Name, such as a method to return to the preferred phone number, the business address, website, or landing page. NOTE: A landing page is your virtual sales representative.

Web PR allows you to reach multiple audiences both on the human side and the robot side. Our KAZ eMarketing Team helps you reach multiple search engines and directories and blogs and it’s a very effective tool to create awareness and traffic for your business. Basically, what you are trying to do is to get your content, your story, your message on hundreds or thousands of other websites. It is similar to creating a small flyer; you would post a small flyer on cars, on neighborhood mailboxes, and places with traffic to get them to come visit your business or attend your event. Web PR is the same concept only through the internet our KAZ Team helps you inform millions of people of your product announcement or event by posting your information on hundreds of local and global websites. Remember: Marketing is all about the numbers - it is said that for every 100 people you reach, 10% look at the message, and 10% of the lookers purchase, so having millions of people see your message increases your sales conversion rate.

Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of affecting the visibility of a website or a web page in a search engine's "natural" or unpaid search results. In general, the earlier and more frequently a site appears in the search results list (i.e. Google, Yahoo, Bing), the more visitors it will receive from the search engine's users. As an Internet marketing strategy, SEO considers how search engines work, what people search for, the actual search terms or keywords typed into search engines and which search engines are preferred by their targeted audience. Optimizing a website may involve editing its content, HTML and associated coding to both increase its relevance to specific keywords and to remove barriers to the indexing activities of search engines. Most effective approach is promoting a site to increase the number of back-links, or inbound links which is another search engine optimization tactic.

I am an eMarketing Communications Director "for hire" that utilizes all of the above tools to create results-oriented marketing campaigns focused on increasing sales.   However, as a business owner, you must already have set up your existing websites, social media pages, blogs, and/or YouTube videos for our step-by-step process to be successful. Check out our website to learn more about the services we offer.

Are you satisfied with your marketing results?

eMarketing Communication Solutions

The ultimate gauge of the effectiveness of a marketing campaign should be its ability to perform, and ultimately to achieve the desired results. Three criteria are offered for the campaign’s productivity level: 1) the business owner’s ability to learn 2) improve; and 3) the overall level of engagement with all stakeholders. Stakeholders are everyone that is committed to the success of your business.
Stakeholders

Effective communications with employees, donors, and customers can begin with a survey to accurately identify which digital medium is being used; and factor it into the communication strategy.  In many cases, business owners are not fully aware of the number of followers (stakeholders) they have, and as a result many of their sales income can be loss revenue, if proactive measures are not considered.

Best practice business owners actively involve their employees, friends, board members, and existing customers in the development of a communication strategy and resources (eMarketing Tools) that will best facilitate their ability to interact and stay engaged. They embrace marketing support both philosophically and financially.

Effective communication is the cornerstone of a successful business (for-profit and nonprofit), and without it any short-term successes are likely to be eclipsed by under-performance and disengagement of key stakeholders (existing sponsors and customers/donors). It is incumbent upon the business owner to maintain effective communication interfaces with their employees, board members, existing customers, and followers. If marketing communication issues are not addressed, it will likely result in decreased motivation, clarity, trust and connection to their business goals.

“In the small business and nonprofit business arena, our research and experience tells us that it is still the business owner who is the most trusted and therefore it is the business owner’s decision that provides the key to success of any communication campaign strategy”. The following is a partial list of guidelines to assist business owners in developing an effective communication strategy in order to maintain consistent revenue increase.
  •       Create opportunities for people to get to know you on a personal level. (Social Media / Website / Blogs / Texting / eNewsletters / Networking Events)
  •          Have a clear system for recognizing and managing misunderstandings. (Reputation Management via Social Media)
  •          Provide a system to share concerns openly, with a view to building greater understanding. (Digital Surveys)
  •          Have clear and frequent processes for reflection and review. (Online Marketing Analytics)
  •          Conduct virtual meetings monthly, just as you would with a face-to-face customer appointment. (Webinars / Videos / Live Streaming)

Initially, all changes from the norm can be overwhelming. But, have no fear... our team has developed a “KISS” Solution to help you incorporate an effective, replicable eMarketing Communication Strategy.

We are available for onsite eMarketer consultation/coaching and conference/networking events.  You can also attend our “Fast Track to Success eMarketing Solutions” seminars and webinars.

Business Owners: Are you wrecking your own chances for success?

Small Business Sentiment Survey , conducted by Yodle which recently asked 306 small business owners nationwide for their perspectives on a variety of topics, and found some interesting results when it comes to SMBs and technology.

According to the results Small Business Owners:
  • 52% still don’t have a website
  • 50+% don’t measure the results of their marketing programs
  • 51% use some type of accounting operations technology
  • 39% use appointment booking and scheduling
  • 34% use customer relationship management (CRM)
  • 25% point-of-sale systems
  • 14% acquisition marketing

SMB owners have many and varied concerns:
The top three professional worries are:
  •  42%  finding new customers
  •  39% affording healthcare and other employee benefits
  •  33% keeping current customers
Solution –KAZ Biz Plus Affordable Global Brand Marketing Campaigns

SMB owners manage to work and play:
  •  52% of SMB owners work 40 hours or less
  •  72% take at least two weeks of vacation per year

Here’s what the SBA has to say about the part small businesses play in the American economy:
  • The 23 million small businesses in America account for 54% of all U.S. sales.
  • Small businesses provide 55% of all jobs and 66% of all net new jobs since the 1970s.

This question was asked of consumers: “Do You Read Online Customer Reviews To Determine Whether A Local Business Is A Good Business?
  •  85% of consumers say that they read online reviews for local businesses (up from 76% in 2012)
  •  89% of consumers use search engines (i.e. Google, Yahoo, and Bing) for purchase decisions per “Brafton -Fuel your brand”

Where is the disconnect? Why are small business owners not using low cost (in many cases free), readily available technology to better establish and grow their businesses?  As shown above, when many buyers are looking for a local business to deal with – from a handyman to a florist, a restaurant to a seamstress – the first place they look is online. If they find the store or restaurant or service provider does not have a website; or has one that clearly has not been updated since 2003;  or does not provide an email address or phone number on the home page – they discount it immediately.  They assume (rightly or wrongly) that the business is unprofessional and low quality.

The KAZ Biz Plus Digital Marketing Business Center is here to help business owners by providing affordable Global Brand Marketing Strategies (includes email marketing which incorporates social media and CRM tools, video creation, blogs, banner advertising, and press releases)  that will help with the top two (2) professional worries.  Once these worries are addressed, it can reduce any additional worries and false fears.  You are not alone. Let us help you take “baby steps” to gain control of the success of your business.

Are You Financially Successful with your Existing Business?

Leaders of the future will have to be visionary and be able to bring people in - real communicators. These are things that women bring to leadership and executive positions, and it's going to be incredibly valuable and incredibly in demand. Anita Borg

Anita Borg, a computer scientist who devoted much of her career to the advancement of women in computer science.  In 1987, after returning from a technical conference where she was one of only a handful of women present, Dr. Borg started “Systers”. Systers is an electronic mailing list on technical subjects exclusively for women who are engineers…thus begins “e-mail”.  Somewhere in the middle of doing all of her technical research she realized that what she really wanted to do was not study computers but use computers to link people.

In 2014, our KAZ Biz Plus Team is seeking to expand on Anita Borg’s vision that she expressed over 25 years ago.  It’s up to you as Entrepreneurs to recognize that computers, cell phones and other digital devices are here to make your life simpler when used to share and communicate your talents, products, and services local/national/globally.

It puzzles me when we, as digital marketers, meet business owners who choose to spend hundreds and even thousands of dollars on paper printed flyers to stick on cars, mailboxes, and direct mailing when you can expand your distribution via less expensive digital platforms (i.e. custom email, social media, YouTube, websites) and cut your overhead by as much as 90% while consistently increasing your revenue.

Is it true that many business owners will only begin utilizing the digital marketing concept when our USA government learns how to charge individuals for these digital resources?  Why do many business owners choose to pay high monthly fees to large corporations for website development that give little or no results? Why do many small business owners choose not to do any marketing while they complain about no store traffic?

We suggest that successful entrepreneurs outsource their digital marketing (i.e. website, email, blogs, social media, YouTube) support.  Your KAZ Team provides comprehensive targeted digital marketing campaigns to get quality, measurable results.

One of my favorite quotes is from Helen Keller "The only thing worse than being blind is having sight but no vision."  Having a vision begins with being insightful about the lives with whom we come into contact.  An insightful person looks far beyond the surface when viewing others. To be insightful means seeing beyond the weaknesses of a person, seeing beyond the words of a person, and seeing beyond the actions of a person.  It means that one can see the potential of a person despite the obvious facts surrounding that person. That is vision. Having no vision or insight about others is worse than having absolutely no sight.  Our KAZ Team chooses to look beyond the obvious.

“Providing Entrepreneurs with successful communication strategies fuels our KAZ Team!”
